Movie: Watch “Battlestar Galactica : The Plan”

On August 7, 2008 SciFi Channel officially announced the production of a two-hour TV movie which was originally supposed to air after the final episode of Season 4. The movie began production on September 8, 2008. The movie is scheduled to premiere exclusively on DVD, Blu-ray and digital download on October 27, 2009 and tentatively scheduled to air in 2010 on SciFi. Written by Jane Espenson and directed by Edward James Olmos, The Plan storyline begins before the attack on the 12 colonies and will show events mainly from the perspective of two Cylon agents, Cavil and Anders.
